You will handle bookings, classroom prep, and front-of-house duties while maintaining safeguarding and high presentation standards. The role suits those who enjoy helping families and working with children in a friendly environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for parents and families.
• Assist in coordinating classes, bookings, attendance and daily centre operations.
• Prepare classrooms and resources for instructors to deliver sessions.
• Welcome children and families to create a warm, safe, professional environment.
• Capture photos/videos for social media with safeguarding and consent in mind.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, safeguarding, and health & safety.
