Job summary

Intersafe in Southampton is hiring a Part-Time Central Services Advisor to join our expanding team. The role is 20 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 9:00am–2:00pm, designed to fit around school hours or other commitments.

You will start conversations with businesses from our CRM, arrange site surveys and meetings for Business Development Managers, manage incoming website leads and provide general sales support. Additional hours may be available.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.
• Ability to identify and participate in opportunities via CRM leads.
• Strong organizational skills to manage records and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Contact businesses from an existing CRM to build a pipeline of warm leads and meet weekly targets.
• Arrange site surveys and meetings for Business Development Managers and introduce the company via email to client contacts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and perform sales support tasks.
• Handle website leads and ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients.
