Timeout Children's Homes in West Yorkshire is seeking a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT Therapist) to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic support to children in care and those attending specialist schools.

The role focuses on complex emotional, behavioural, and mental health needs, including trauma-related difficulties, and requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, carers, education staff, and external professionals to deliver formulation-driven

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual CBT assessments and interventions to children and young people in care and specialist educational settings
• Develop and implement formulation-driven treatment plans based on CBT models
• Work collaboratively with carers, teachers, social workers, and other professionals to ensure integrated support
• Provide psychoeducation and consultation to school staff and care teams
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and organisational standards
• Contribute to safeguarding processes and risk management planning
• Participate in clinical supervision and continuing professional development
