Job summary

Compass Group UK&I, Eurest, is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor for part-time duties (29 hours per week). You will oversee kitchens and service counters, ensuring exceptional food and customer service and brand standards.

You will lead teams, monitor KPIs with your line manager, and uphold Health & Safety standards while delivering memorable food experiences in workplace catering across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate holder.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and service.
• Communicating with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Liaising between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Training teams and leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across teams.
