Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor for a major High Street brand. This part-time role covers 30 hours per week and focuses on delivering exceptional food and world-class customer service across kitchens and service counters.

You will lead culinary and catering teams, monitor KPIs with your line manager, and uphold health and safety standards while representing the Compass brand. Training and progression are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Passion for great-tasting food and customer service.
• Minimum two years catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to upskill.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicating with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and upholding brand image.
• Liaising between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Training and leading teams to excel in their roles.
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards.
