Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a part-time General Assistant to support kitchen operations. Your duties include food prep, cleanliness, receiving deliveries, and serving customers per the chef's menu. You may also assist as a host or waiter at events and ensure vending areas are stocked.

This role requires good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to stand for extended periods. Right to work in the UK is required; food hygiene training is provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation (peeling, chopping, trimming, sandwiches/salads).
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment; clean utensils and stations.
• Receive and unpack deliveries; organise storage areas.
• Serve food to customers per the chefs' menu; May host/waiter at events.
• Top up vending services.
