Job Description

• Processing transactions quickly and accurately
• Maintaining a clean and tidy checkout area
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Handling cash, credit, or check transactions with customers
• Counting money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
• Issuing receipts, refunds, or change to customers
• Resolving customer complaints, guiding them and providing relevant information
• Ensuring pricing is correct and report discrepancies
