Housing 21 is looking for a kind and friendly Care Worker in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will support residents living in independent apartments, with shifts including early, late and some weekends. The role is part-time (28 hours/week) and paid by the hour at £13.48, with a full-time equivalent of about £24,601 per year for 35 hours.

This is a maternity cover from 23 November 2026 to January 2028. No experience or qualifications are required; training is provided and opportunities for progression

Qualifications

• No specific qualifications required; positive attitude and good English skills expected.
• Willingness to undertake training and development.
• Ability to work flexibly in a care environment.

Responsabilités

• Support residents with household tasks, laundry, shopping and meals.
• Assist with personal care, including washing and dressing.
• Encourage residents to follow care plans and stay independent.
• Maintain resident wellbeing and report progress to managers.
