GoodOaks Marlow is seeking dedicated part-time Care Professionals to visit clients at home in Marlow and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible hours with potential progression to full-time, and a supportive team focused on quality, compassion and professional development.

You will build relationships with clients, assist with daily tasks, meal prep, housekeeping and personal care where required, while driving to visits (driving licence required).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage in conversation with the client
• Provide assistance with daily household tasks and activities
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, laundry and ironing
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking
• Run errands, such as grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions
• Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing and grooming (if required)
• Monitor medication schedules and remind clients to take their medication (if required)
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings (if required)

We're looking for part-time Care Professionals, with the potential to progress to full-time hours, to provide quality visiting care to people in their own homes. As a GoodOaks carer you'll have enough time with each client to go the extra mile and make a real difference to their lives.

As part of our team, you'll build relationships with your clients and help shape how we do things locally. We only ever recruit our Team Leaders from within, so as the branch grows, so can you.

Where you'll work

Our clients live in and around Marlow, Bourne End, Wooburn, Flackwell Heath, Penn, High Wycombe, Hazlemere, Holmer Green, Great Missenden, Prestwood, Stokenchurch and nearby Chiltern villages.

Pay

£15.90 per hour on weekdays (9am–5pm) and £16.10 per hour for early mornings, evenings and weekends, paid for the time you spend with clients.

Mileage is paid at 55p a mile.

What will you do?
