GoodOaks Homecare Bedford is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across Bedford. No experience required, with full paid training and ongoing support.

We offer shifts across mornings and evenings, paid mileage, enhanced holiday pay, a pension, and a range of bonuses. You’ll help with daily routines, meals, light housekeeping, and activities, with opportunities for progression.

Working Hours

• Morning shifts: 7:00am – 3:00pm

• Evening shifts: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

• Alternate weekends required

• Full-time and part-time roles available

• Flexible and guaranteed hours contracts available

What You’ll Be Doing
