Job summary

Caring Together Charity is seeking warm-hearted Part-time Care Professionals to support clients in the Chatteris, March, Ely area. No prior experience is required; a compassionate nature, a full driving licence, and your own vehicle are essential.

You will visit clients for at least one hour, provide personal and emotional support, and help with daily living tasks. We offer real living wage, flexible shifts, paid travel time and mileage, and benefits including training, pension, and wellbeing

Qualifications

• No experience is required for this role; attitude and passion for providing person-centred care are most important.
• A full driving licence and your own vehicle are essential.
• Natural communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• An understanding of person-centred care.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using mobile devices to update care plans and check visits.
• Willingness to assist with personal care when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver flexible, high-quality, person-centred care to clients during visits.
• Help with daily living, develop new skills, manage home tasks, and support participation in activities.
• Signpost clients and families to relevant services and sources of support.
• Visit clients in their homes or local communities; work with care teams as needed.
