Job summary

HC-One Limited is recruiting two part-time receptionists to join our care home team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, families and health professionals, providing a friendly, professional welcome and handling enquiries face-to-face and by phone.

Roles are 16 hours per week (two days) or 24 hours per week (three days or seven), with shift hours 8:30am-5:00pm. Training, DBS, pension and wellbeing support are included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly frontline service to visitors and residents.
• Professional and approachable demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle enquiries efficiently and courteously.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming reception area.
• Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries and direct to appropriate colleagues.
• Assist with clerical tasks and maintain filing and records.
