Job summary

Cornerstone is recruiting for a part-time care support role in Bellshill to assist a gentleman with complex needs. You will deliver person-centred care, follow support plans, and help with daily tasks in a respectful, compassionate manner.

The role requires a full UK manual driving licence, a calm and reliable approach, and a willingness to work a 3-week rolling rota including weekends. PVG/DBS checks are part of the pre-employment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health & Social Care preferred.
• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Willing to work a 3 week rolling rota.
• DBS / PVG checks will be required during pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide calm, person-centred support to the individual.
• Follow support plans and routines with care and consistency.
• Assist with cooking and household tasks as needed.
• Use computer and digital systems to document care and communication.
