Job summary

Southwest Care-Line Ltd is seeking an experienced care administrator to coordinate care services and support care staff, ensuring that our service users receive safe, reliable and consistent care.

You will work closely with management, care staff, service users, families and external professionals to ensure effective communication and efficient service delivery, while maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding standards across the team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in care administration or care coordination.
• Understanding of domiciliary care or health and social care.
• Experience coordinating staff rotas and managing staffing changes.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills: Word, Excel and email.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Confidential and professional approach.
• Understanding of safeguarding and data protection.
