Job summary

CJP Outreach in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Part-Time Support Worker to join a new care package supporting J, a gentleman with cerebral palsy and autism, in his own home and community. You will provide high-quality, person-centred support and help build consistent, compassionate care from the outset. You will work flexibly with day, evening, sleep-in and night shifts.

• Driving licence: Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Caring, reliable nature with a positive and respectful approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to J's needs, preferences and goals.
• Assist with daily routines and promote independence and dignity.
• Develop a positive, trusting relationship with J and work with the team to ensure consistent care.
• Support J at home and in the community, including day centre attendance.
• Work flexible shift patterns to suit the care package and availability.
