• Support residents with companionship and personal care.
• Observe and document changes in residents’ behaviour as per legislation.
• Support residents’ nutrition and hydration according to care plans.
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through activities, individually or in groups.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
