Our private, luxurious care home is delightfully situated by the seaside in Frinton-on-Sea, offering premium living for the elderly with 70 bedrooms.

As a Care Assistant, you’ll be a key member of our care team, helping us provide excellent care to our residents by assisting with daily routines, promoting independence, and ensuring their health and happiness.

What You’ll Do

• Empower Independence: Assist residents with daily routines, encouraging independence.
• Personalized Care: Support each resident’s care plan with attentive, personalized assistance.
• Health and Wellbeing: Monitor residents’ health, communicate concerns, and assist with contacting healthcare professionals.
• Champion Dignity: Respect and uphold the dignity of each resident.
• Social Support: Foster social interactions among residents and staff.
• Safety and Comfort: Maintain safe, clean living spaces and respond to emergencies.
• Nutritional Support: Help residents with eating and drinking as needed.
• Spread Smiles: Bring joy and positivity to residents’ lives.

About You

• Qualifications: SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred.
• Experience: At least 6 months as a Care Assistant preferred; passion and transferable skills are welcome.
• Passion: Genuine interest in elderly care and delivering excellent service.
