BCG Cares is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents in a UK care home. You will provide person-centred care, helping with daily activities while ensuring dignity, respect, and companionship for each resident.

The role offers flexible schedules, full training, and a supportive team environment where your compassion makes a real difference. PVG checks are required, and applicants must be authorised to work in the UK.

You’ll provide person-centred care to our residents, ensuring they retain their dignity and individuality. You'll assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.

About you:

Cheerful, caring, and compassionate by nature, with good reading, writing, and communication skills, you’ll be flexible enough to work shifts. We provide full training, so whatever your background, we’d love to hear from you!

Successful candidates are subject to satisfactory references and a PVG check and must be authorised to work in the UK. We no longer offer Sponsorship.
