Job summary

China Telecom Global Limited seeks a part-time Business Operations Assistant in Greater London. You will gather market intelligence, conduct basic data analysis on pricing and supplier costs, and prepare summary reports for the Pricing and Vendor Management teams.

You will maintain documents in the Knowledge Management System, support order entries in the BSS, and help coordinate internal training for the S&D department, collaborating across teams while keeping information confidential.

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards, or holding, a degree in a relevant subject.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to summarize pricing and cost data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• High accuracy in handling data and documents.
• Good organizational and time management skills with multiple tasks.
• English written and verbal communication; Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Right to work in the UK; available for part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Gather, update and maintain market intelligence information from Pricing and Vendor Management teams.
• Conduct basic data analysis on pricing and supplier costs and prepare summary reports.
• Maintain and organise documents in the Knowledge Management System and provide user guidance or training as required.
• Support order entry in the BSS and perform resource availability checks in the CRM system as needed.
• Coordinate internal training sessions for the S&D department.
• Complete other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
