Northern Education Trust is recruiting a Breakfast Club Assistant for Hilton Primary Academy in Newcastle upon Tyne. The role runs 5 hours per week (Mon-Fri 7:45am–8:45am) on a fixed-term basis to 31 July 2027, supporting children before the start of the school day.

You will supervise pupils, promote wellbeing, and help with a simple breakfast service in a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, participates in mandatory training, and will be part of a team

Formación

• Experience working with children in a school setting is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise pupils before the school day in a breakfast club, encouraging them to eat breakfast in a warm, caring environment.
• Support play and enrichment activities, assist with preparing a simple breakfast menu, and serve children during breakfast club.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned and items stored away after service.
