Spotlight Recruitment is assisting a global luxury wellness brand in London to hire a part-time Creative Marketing Specialist. You will own the creative content strategy, deliver independent campaigns, and shape the customer journey across newsletters, promotions and events.

You will craft social-first content, manage CRM and email marketing, and participate in paid media coordination to grow brand awareness. The role requires a design-led mindset and experience in wellness or lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the creative marketing strategy for a luxury wellness brand.
• Create engaging newsletters, promotions, events and partnerships.
• Produce social media content including video and copy for web, social, and email newsletters.
• Drive brand awareness and measure success through bookings, memberships and repeat visits.
