We are looking for a passionate Senior Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to take day to day responsibility for the social and digital marketing activity or this luxury client in the UHNW space.

You will coordinate all social media and broader digital marketing channels with the support of the Head of Digital & Content, and work with external agencies to manage paid search and paid social media activity to deliver sales and customer growth/retention for the business.

The Role

  • Develop and manage a multi-platform social media content strategy across Meta, TikTok, You Tube, X and Linked In.
  • Day-to-day social posting and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
  • Work closely with wider internal creative & content teams to ensure strategy alignment.
  • Proactively identify new campaign opportunities, emerging channels, and innovative approaches to drive growth.
  • Monitor engagement and interaction data, using insights to shape future campaigns and community growth.
  • Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and direct advertising partners.
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital, and wider marketing team to align on strategy and maximise content across digital channels.
  • Define and manage budgets across all performance marketing channels.
  • A solid understanding of Paid Social & Paid Search.

The Person

  • Ideally at least 2-3 years of experience working in "luxury" Social Media or Digital Marketing roles.
  • Experience in luxury/retail/travel background highly advantageous.
  • Experience creating and implementing social media strategy.
  • Demonstrable experience creating captions for organic social media channels and copy for paid media campaigns.
  • Experience in managing external agencies to devise strategies and deliver results.
  • Experience of budget management.
  • Solid understanding of the various tools of performance marketing and analytics and how to leverage these to deliver quality site traffic and deliver sales.
  • Technically proficient with experience of digital platforms and systems, e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Microsoft Dynamics.
