Job summary

We Buy Any Car Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive to manage a busy retail branch with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service. The role includes buying cars, scheduling appointments, negotiating prices, and closing deals within a fast-growing national network.

The position requires a full UK driving license, the ability to work a 25.5-hour week on a rotating 3-on/4-off pattern, and weekend work. Expect a competitive bonus structure alongside a base salary and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches; be the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and targets.
• Car appraisals, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues.
• Assist transport department as required when not buying cars.
