Job summary

We Buy Any Car Ltd. is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager for our Sunbury-on-Thames branch. The role offers a salary of £16,920 per year, 25.5 hours per week on a 3-on/4-off rotation, with weekend work.

You will lead branch sales, manage appraisals, close deals, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while delivering excellent customer service. A full UK manual driving license is required. We provide extensive training, a generous bonus structure, and benefits such as pension,

Responsibilities

• Lead branch sales and ensure smooth operation of the site.
• Phone calls and diary management to secure appointments and hit targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues to ensure efficient workflows.
• Assist transport department when required.
