The We Buy Any Car Ltd. Retail Branch & Transfer Manager role is based in the United Kingdom and involves leading a busy car-buying branch. The position is 25.5 hours per week on a rotating shift (3 days on, 4 off) with weekend work, and offers a competitive annual salary with strong bonus potential.

You will drive branch performance, manage customer relations, and coordinate with back-office teams and the transport department to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers while ensuring the branch runs efficiently.
• Contact customers and schedule appointments to hit targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues across functions.
• Support the transport department when not buying cars.
