Job summary

We Buy Any Car Ltd. is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead a busy UK branch. You will drive sales, manage customer interactions, and coordinate transfers while delivering exceptional service in a fast-growing brand with 42.5 hours weekly on a rotational pattern including weekends.

The role requires a full UK driver’s licence, resilience in a target-driven environment, and strong administration and IT skills. A competitive bonus scheme and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell cars and ensure the smooth running of the branch as the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to set appointments and meet targets.
• Conduct appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with back office and work colleagues to support branch operations.
• Assist the transport department when not buying cars.
