Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with Xero and payroll processing.
• Ability to work independently in an office-based role.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero or similar software.
• Process purchase and sales invoices and maintain ledgers.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash postings.
• Support weekly payroll processing.
• Assist with journals, control account reconciliations and month-end routines.
• Prepare information and schedules for external accountants.
• Provide general finance administration and ad hoc support across the office.
