Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Grantham, NH seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (BT). The role involves delivering ABA therapy in various settings, teaching communication and daily living skills, and following BCBA-supervised plans.

Training is provided and pathways to certification are supported. We offer paid training, mentorship, and a structured path for career advancement, including RBT exam prep and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Presence of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
