Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Grantham, NH is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician (BT). You’ll deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics and support clients with communication, social, and daily living skills under supervision.

Compensation begins at $21.25 per hour for BT and $23.50 for RBT, with final pay determined by experience, training, and education. We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path to RBT certification through our ABA Academy of Excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
• Experience working with children or adolescents
• Prior exposure to ABA services

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
