Job summary

PBS in Swansea, United Kingdom, is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs to support children with autism through ABA strategies under BCBA supervision. Roles include flexible part-time schedules with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree a plus.
• Ability to travel locally if required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and actively engage clients.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
