We’re looking for friendly, professional part-time waiting staff to join the team at a luxury venue near Peebles

The role includes:

Evening, weekend, and occasional morning shifts

Welcoming guests and serving food and drinks

Setting up and maintaining a clean, well-presented restaurant

Working behind the bar (experience preferred, but full training provided)

Explaining dishes and making wine recommendations
