Barchester Healthcare is seeking a passionate Bank Chef to support kitchen operations with fresh, seasonal menus and a focus on resident wellbeing. This casual, part-time role offers flexible working and the chance to contribute to high-quality hospitality within our care homes.

You will assist the Head Chef in menu planning, lead with warmth, and ensure nutritious meals while maintaining HACCP standards and budgetary awareness.

Qualifikationen

• Personable and warm approach with residents' wellbeing.
• Hold City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent.
• Experience leading and inspiring a team.
• Strong understanding of nutrition.
• Experience with fresh seasonal food.
• Understanding of HACCP.
