Wenzel’s The Bakers is seeking a Team Member/Sales Assistant (Part Time) to join our friendly shop teams in Waterlooville. You’ll handle customer service, cash handling, and keep the shop running smoothly.

We offer a competitive pay of £12.21 per hour (under 18 £10.00, 18-21 £11.75) with a 20-hour week, flexible shifts, and great staff benefits like meals on shift, pension, and generous holiday entitlement. Full training provided; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• No prior training required as training is provided.
• Confident and enthusiastic with great customer service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service – handling customer needs, cash handling and till operation.
• Producing fresh sandwiches, baguettes and other food products following food safety standards.
• Assisting with the day-to-day running of the shop.
