Wenzel’s The Bakers in Edgware is seeking a Team Member/Sales Assistant for a part-time role to deliver friendly customer service, take orders, manage till operations and support daily shop activities in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a competitive rate of £12.21/hour (under 18 £10.00; 18-21 £11.75), with a 20-hour week, flexible shifts, and benefits including free meals, 50% food discount, pension, 28 days holiday and opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• No previous training required; full training provided.
• Confident, enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer needs and orders, cash handling, till operation.
• Produce fresh sandwiches and food items in line with safety standards.
• Assist with day-to-day shop operations.
