Job summary

Major Recruitment Oldbury is recruiting on behalf of a client in Halesowen for a part-time Telesales Executive. The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, 10am–2pm, with parking available.

You will make outbound calls to business customers, introduce products, generate leads, book appointments, and maintain accurate CRM notes while working toward targets. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous telesales or business-development experience preferred.
• Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation preferred.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Friendly, persuasive and comfortable speaking with business decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, organised and target-driven.
• Able to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Experience with email, MS Office and CRM systems.
• Experience in hygiene, facilities management or B2B sales advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers.
• Introduce products and explain their benefits.
• Generate qualified leads and arrange appointments for the sales team.
• Use LinkedIn to research potential customers, identify decision-makers and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call notes in the CRM.
• Work towards achievable call, lead and sales targets.
• Support the wider sales team with business-development activities.
