Job summary

Talentsure in Solihull, near Birmingham, is seeking a B2B Telemarketing Executive to conduct non-scripted outbound conversations with business decision-makers and set qualified appointments for field representatives. The role offers flexible full-time, part-time, or compressed hours with on-site parking and a clear bonus structure; training is provided to learn client products and campaigns.

Successful candidates will be confident communicators with telephone experience, able to manage CRM logs

Qualifications

• Confident, articulate individuals who are eager to learn and comfortable engaging with business clients on the phone.
• Previous telephone experience, telesales background, or strong customer-facing skills.
• Ability to absorb new information quickly and speak knowledgeably about different products or services.
• Resilience, active listening, and the persistence needed for target-driven telephone work.
• Candidates must live within a short, reliable commute of the Solihull office (approx. 7-mile radius).

Responsibilities

• Outbound Engagement – Conduct non-scripted, professional telephone conversations with business managers and decision-makers.
• Appointment Setting – Uncover client requirements, introduce core product/service benefits, and schedule qualified meetings for field teams.
• Campaign Absorption – Learn and absorb key industry concepts and product details across diverse client campaigns (with full support from internal trainers).
• Quality & Accuracy – Ensure all logged appointments are accurately vetted and meet internal quality standards.
• System Administration – Maintain accurate call logs, client records, and pipeline updates within the central CRM system.
