Qualifications

• Strong background in administration in busy environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and digital systems.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and stay organised.
• Automotive industry experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all vehicle orders and registrations are accurate and timely.
• Process invoices and register manufacturer warranties.
• Support the sales team throughout the sales process and handover.
• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date handover and documentation records.
