Job summary

East Kent Colleges Group is seeking an Automotive Lecturer to bring industry expertise into the classroom. You’ll turn your automotive knowledge and passion into engaging, innovative lessons, inspiring learners across Level 1 to Level 3 programmes.

The role is part-time (15 hours per week) with a salary between £15,151 and £16,599. You’ll work mainly Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 to 17:00, and you’ll join a trusted Ofsted Outstanding provider with supportive benefits.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and creative educator with ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathetic approach for learners.
• Ability to track student progress and plan targeted interventions.
• Experience teaching or delivering training in the workplace is desirable.
• Able to teach across Level 1 to Level 3 programmes.
