Job summary

Advonet Group is seeking an operational leader for Autism AIM services across Leeds, Bradford and Craven. The post involves overseeing projects, supervising staff and volunteers, and ensuring responsive, high-quality delivery.

The role requires regular office presence with hubs and meetings, plus flexibility for remote work where needed. The post holder will join the Leadership Team, support service development, and drive improvements while managing resources and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Managing or supervising staff or volunteers including those with additional needs.
• Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
• Co-production or user-led approaches.
• Lived experience of Autism or neurodivergence.
• Project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff and volunteers across AIM services.
• Provide operational oversight of designated projects and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Support staff development and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with partners and attend key meetings alongside flexibility for remote work.
• Represent AIM at Leeds, Bradford and Craven meetings and wider organisational priorities.
