Zusammenfassung

CHEC is expanding its audiology team in Swindon and seeks an audiologist on a sessional basis. You will perform adult hearing assessments, routine audiometry, hearing aid fitting, validation and ongoing support following CLS/department protocols.

Responsibilities include aural impressions, Real Ear measurements, public health alignment, and maintaining patient records. The role offers flexible sessional hours within CHEC's community health network in England.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Audiologist with BSc/BAAT and Dip HE or equivalent.
• Eligible for RCCP registration with NHS audiology placement or experience.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team.

Aufgaben

• Undertake hearing assessments for adults of all ages.
• Conduct routine audiometry, tympanometry and reflex testing.
• Assess, fit and validate hearing aids with ongoing support.
• Take aural impressions and perform Real Ear/RECD validations as appropriate.
• Maintain patient records and stock levels; attend updates and training.
