With an NVQ Level 3 in learning support or equivalent, you will understand child development, contribute to the school curriculum, and work collaboratively with colleagues.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in learning support/early years (or equivalent)
• Detailed understanding of child development and the school curriculum
• Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with children, families and staff
• Strong literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
• Solid understanding of safeguarding, health & safety and data protection procedures

Responsibilities

• Collation and organisation of cover work for teaching staff
• Supervise pupils engaged in learning activities
• Act as a role model and set high conduct expectations
