Job summary

Crew Clothing Monmouth is recruiting an Assistant Manager for a part-time role (30 hours/week). You will support the store manager to drive sales, KPI improvements, recruitment and development of the team, and maintain exceptional visual merchandising across the store.

You will lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, upholding the Crew Clothing standards, and contributing to a collaborative environment that recognises achievements and fosters growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail industry.
• Good IT skills.
• Experience of working in a luxury fashion brand.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.
• Provide accurate information about our product including features, benefits and stock availability.
