Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Birmingham (Castle Bromwich) is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager for Toby Carvery - Castle Bromwich. You will support the General Manager, lead a team, and drive exceptional guest experiences in a busy setting.

You will train and motivate staff, act as Duty Manager when needed, and help shape a welcoming culture where every guest feels valued. This role offers progression within the Mitchells & Butlers family.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management and leading a team.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to deliver consistent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
