Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Toby Carvery – Aldenham venue in Watford. You’ll support the General Manager in leading the team to deliver a welcoming guest experience, mentoring colleagues to be the best they can be and driving performance.

Qualifications

• Must have proven management experience in a hospitality setting.

• Act as Duty Manager when the GM is unavailable.
