Job summary

Brook Street (UK) Ltd on behalf of our security client in Belfast is seeking Arc Room Customer Service Operators to work in East Belfast Airport Road on a part time basis. This role offers training and a pathway to a career in customer service within a globally recognised company.

We provide excellent classroom-based training, ongoing coaching, and free on-site parking in a modern building. The role is part-time with Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts, totaling 24 hours per week, 12 hour shifts

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude preferred.
• Willingness to work part-time hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries quickly and accurately in a security operations context.
