Job summary

Brio Leisure in Ellesmere Port is hiring a Part Time Aquatics Officer. The role runs 22 hours per week on a temporary part-time contract, with a salary of £18,751 per annum. The closing date is 10 October 2026 and interviews are proposed for 14 October 2026.

You will lead the aquatics programme, advise managers, monitor performance, and drive income across aquatics products. Specialist knowledge of NPLQ, Learn 2 Swim, and instructor recruitment will be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Aquatics programme across Brio Leisure facilities.
• Advise Facility Managers on industry initiatives and product development.
• Monitor and report on aquatics performance to drive income and meet revenue goals.
• Provide specialist knowledge for Swim England Learn 2 Swim and School Curriculum schemes.
• Oversee NPLQ trainer/assessor delivery and training plans across sites.
• Provide recruitment oversight for swimming instructors and volunteer schemes.
• Organise programmes, events, and activities with local and national partners.
• Support marketing activity and contribute to the annual Marketing and Business Plan.
