Job summary

The Avenue Surgery (Leigh) in Leigh is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join the clinical team for three days per week (Monday, Tuesday & Friday). You will provide high-quality, patient-centred care, manage acute and chronic conditions, and work both autonomously and with the multidisciplinary team within a primary care network.

Applicants should hold prescribing rights, current UK registration, and demonstrate ability to contribute to developing our primary care services.

Qualifications

• ANP with prescribing rights and experience in primary care.
• Current UK professional registration (NMC) required.
• Ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary primary care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centred care for a range of acute and chronic conditions.
• Assess, diagnose, treat and refer patients within scope of practice.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop primary care services.
