Greensleeves Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents across our 26 care homes in England. Working 21:00-07:00, you will help with daily living while respecting residents' independence and dignity.

You will need an understanding of residents' needs and confidentiality; QCF level 2 in care is desirable. DBS checks apply; Greensleeves offers learning and development and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Experience of providing care (Desirable).
• Experience of working with elders (Desirable).

Responsabilidades

Shift pattern

21:00-7:00

As a Care Assistant, you will:

• Give support and care to the residents whilst maintaining their rights to independence, privacy, dignity and choice
• Assist with preparing residents for bed and/or assist them in the morning.
• Assist residents who require help to dress/undress, wash, and bath and use the toilet.
• Assist residents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities including the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
• Assist residents who need help with personal hygiene e.g. incontinence.
• Promote and adhere to the Greensleeves Care -Workplace values of respect, openness and responsibility.
