Job summary

The University of Liverpool - The Academy invites applications for an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Research Assistant on a part-time 0.4 FTE, fixed-term for up to 12 months, to support AI tool development in our clinical research programme related to drug development and optimisation.

You will assist day-to-day technical development of AI tools, including design, development, testing, validation, documentation and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI tooling development and AI research workflows.
• Familiarity with LLMs, NLP methods and statistical approaches.

Responsibilities

• Support development of AI tools, including design, development, testing and validation.
• Prepare documentation and maintain AI tools for ongoing research.
