Job summary

Charity People are recruiting an experienced Advice & Navigation Manager to lead two community focused services for a much loved charity. The role concentrates on directing advice, navigation and social prescribing work, ensuring residents facing inequality receive high quality, safe support.

You will line manage around four staff, oversee service delivery across two linked services, use data to drive improvement and help create a stable, supportive environment for both staff and residents.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team in a community or health setting.
• Track record in guiding advice or navigation services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead two community-focused services and supervise day-to-day operations.
• Line manage around four team members and provide oversight for casework.
• Use data and insight to improve practice and service delivery.
• Support rota management and ensure a high-quality resident experience.
